Bidding on a public or project tender? Send us the specification and the list of documents the tender requires. We check every line of the specification against our models, tell you which items comply and which do not, and confirm which documents we can provide for that tender and by when.
What we do for a bid
- Line-by-line compliance check against the tender specification, with any non-compliant item named first.
- A data sheet for the exact unit you would bid, taken from the model's published specifications.
- Spec sheet PDF and product photos for the bid file.
- Derating advice for the installation altitude and ambient temperature.
- A quotation with delivery terms and lead time confirmed for that order.
Documents
Authorization letters, warranty letters and certificates are prepared for each tender according to its requirements. Tell us exactly which ones the tender asks for, and in what format. We will confirm what can be provided, and how long it takes, before you commit to the bid.
Documents that need a signature take several working days, so please contact us early.
What to send us
- 01 Tender reference and the buying organization
- 02 Country and delivery place
- 03 Submission deadline, bid validity and the required delivery time
- 04 Items, quantities and the technical specification (the tender file itself is best)
- 05 The list of required documents, and any required format or template
- 06 Installation altitude and ambient temperature, if the tender states them
- 07 Payment terms, if the tender specifies them
