Do you offer OEM / ODM and private-label manufacturing?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM — private branding, custom configurations, and tailored documentation for distributors and importers.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 set, and we accept sample orders so you can validate quality before scaling.
What are your typical lead times?
Standard lead time is 15–30 days after deposit, depending on model, quantity, and customization.
Which certifications and emission standards do your products meet?
Certification is granted per model and per market, so the exact answer depends on the unit and the destination. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and our diesel generator sets carry CE marking under the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). Our engines meet EU Stage V (Euro V) emission requirements across the range, air-cooled and water-cooled alike. We do not hold US EPA certification, so we do not supply the US domestic market; Latin America and most other destinations have no EPA requirement. Tell us the model and the destination country and we will confirm in writing which approval documents apply before you order.
What payment terms and Incoterms do you accept?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight, and can ship FOB, CIF, or DDP from Shanghai / Ningbo, China.
Do you provide warranty, spare parts, and after-sales support?
Yes. Units carry a 12-month / 1,000-hour warranty, with spare-parts availability and responsive technical support.
Can you help me choose the right model for my application?
Tell us your application, power requirement, altitude, and duty cycle — our engineers will recommend the right engine, generator, or pump.
How do I request a quote?
