This policy explains what personal information htxmotor.com collects, why, who else handles it, and the choices you have. It describes what the site actually does, rather than generic practices.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Henan Huituo Import & Export Co., Ltd. (河南省恢拓进出口有限公司), No. 11 Jianshe West Road, Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou, Henan, China (“HTX Motor”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers htxmotor.com in every language. When you leave the site — for example by opening a WhatsApp chat or visiting our LinkedIn, Facebook or YouTube pages — the privacy policy of that service applies instead.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our form, we receive your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp number, the product or category you are interested in, the approximate quantity, your message, and the language of the page you used.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to include, together with your phone number or email address.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4). The pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search result or an ad), actions such as clicking a quote or WhatsApp button, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type.
- Advertising measurement (Google Ads). Whether a visit that began with one of our Google ads led to an inquiry or a WhatsApp contact, so we can tell which ads are useful. Where these cookies are enabled, Google may also use this information under its own policies, including to personalize ads.
- Delivery and security. Our hosting and content delivery providers process your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site. When you submit the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated program, and we keep a record derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. That record is deleted after 60 seconds.
Information stored in your browser
We use your browser’s storage for three small functional records: your cookie choice (htx_consent), a marker that stops the same button click being counted twice (htx-tracked:…), and a marker that remembers whether the WhatsApp prompt has already been shown (htx-wa-seen). Google Analytics and Google Ads may also set cookies, subject to the choices in section 5.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on the conversation you started.
- To understand which pages and guides are useful, and improve the site.
- To measure whether our advertising reaches the right buyers.
- To keep the inquiry form free of spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
5. Cookies and your choices
How analytics and advertising cookies behave depends on the region your device reports:
- Visitors in Europe: these cookies are off by default. A banner asks for your choice, and nothing is enabled unless you accept.
- Visitors elsewhere: these cookies are on by default. You can turn them off at any time through Cookie preferences, at the bottom of every page.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and the site’s fonts are served by Google Fonts. Loading either sends your IP address to Google.
6. Who else handles your information
We use these providers to run the site. They process information on our behalf, or as independent providers under their own terms:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
Our team is based in China, and the providers above operate in the United States and other countries. Information you send us is therefore transferred to, and handled in, those countries.
8. How long we keep it
- Google Analytics: event-level data for 2 months; user-level data for 14 months.
- Inquiries and messages: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
- Form rate-limiting record: 60 seconds.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, withdraw your consent, receive a copy in a portable format, and complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, the inquiry form is protected against automated abuse, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
This site is intended for businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
