Questions distributors ask
Is HTX Motor a manufacturer?
Yes. HTX Motor manufactures diesel generator sets, single-cylinder diesel engines and diesel water pumps in China. Our production base has been in operation since 1998.
What can a distributor buy from you?
Open-frame, silent, welding, inverter and water-cooled generator sets, single-cylinder diesel engines and 2 to 6 inch diesel water pumps, in the same order if you need it. Every model has a published spec sheet.
Is there a minimum order?
We quote by volume: the price depends on the quantity. Samples are available on request, so you can assess the equipment before your first order.
Can you configure the units for my country?
Yes. Voltage, 50 or 60 Hz, panel language and socket type are set when the unit is built for your market. We also advise on power derating for altitude and heat.
What certificates and inspection do you provide?
Our generator sets carry CE marking, our management systems are ISO 9001 certified, and our engines meet EU Stage V. We send the certificates that apply to each model and destination, and welcome pre-shipment inspection by SGS or BV.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Territory arrangements are discussed with each distributor once the market, the product lines and the expected volumes are clear.
