31.3kVA Three-Phase Water-Cooled Silent Diesel Generator Set

The HTX-G31K-WS3 is a 31.3kVA prime / 34.4kVA standby water-cooled silent diesel generator set — a continuous-duty machine, not a portable. At 60 Hz it delivers 37.5kVA prime / 41.3kVA standby, which is the configuration most of Latin America runs. The water-cooled Y4102D engine (Four-cylinder in-line, four-stroke, direct injection, water-cooled, 102 x 118 mm bore x stroke, 3.875 L displacement, 18:1 compression) turns at a steady 1500/1800 rpm, the speed a genset has to hold to work all day without cooking itself. Fuel burn is 235 g/kW.h at the engine, roughly 8.94 L/h at 100% load (50 Hz) / 10.05 L/h (60 Hz). It drives a SC184HS brushless self-excited alternator with AVR voltage regulation, four poles, class H insulation — stable voltage under switching loads such as motors, pumps and compressors. The sound-attenuated canopy holds it to 62 (50 Hz) / 64 (60 Hz) dB(A) measured at 7 m, low enough for hotels, clinics, telecom sites and residential areas. 24V electric start with a 12V 120Ah x 2 battery and an intelligent controller. Coolant capacity 7.2 L, oil capacity 13 L. Fuel tank capacity, canopy dimensions and net weight are not listed in the factory's current data sheet for this model — we confirm them with the plant on every quote rather than publishing a number we cannot stand behind.
