200A Diesel Welding Generator Set

The HTX GW200E is a dual-purpose diesel welding generator that combines a 5.0kVA power generator with a 50-200A DC arc welder in one compact, mobile unit. Powered by the reliable CG188F single-cylinder, air-cooled, direct-injection diesel engine (88×75mm bore×stroke, 0.456L displacement, 6.3kW engine output), it delivers welding current and 230V AC power in single-phase configuration at 3000/3600rpm (50/60Hz). The welding function supports electrode diameters from 1.6mm to 5mm with adjustable current from 20A to 200A, making it suitable for field fabrication, pipeline work, and structural steel repair. Working welding voltage is 20.8-28V (per IEC formula), and open-circuit voltage is in the 65-70V range. The 13.5L fuel tank provides extended runtime, and electric start ensures one-button convenience.
